Gower Hidden Gems

Swansea Marina

Swansea Marina is located behind the Swansea barrage at the mouth of the River Tawe in Swansea, south Wales. A beautiful place, perfect for an evening walk. Admire the numerous boats that are resident within the marina. There are plenty of cafe bars and restaurants to stop at too.

Swansea Museum

The museum is housed in a stunning building constructed in a neo-classical style in 1841 and is the oldest museum in Wales. A hidden gem of a museum, that is a great place to visit for all the family. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained, including a mouse trail, a mummy exhibition and so much more!

Bracelet Bay

A small bay on the south of the Gower Peninsula, that is surrounded by limestone cliffs. The bay itself is pebbly, with soft sand and offers the most breathtaking views. With a cafe close by this is a wonderful place to relax, unwind and watch the sunset.
